The Thomas Indicator Profile (TIP) is an innovative assessment tool based on twenty years of research and development. It takes the individual person’s core thinking processes and builds a report that provides in-depth understanding, customized strategies and foundation steps for a customized action plan for personal and professional development. The profile and action plans enable people to accomplish outcomes that are meaningful in ways that "fit" them and their teams with benchmark information that is clear and actionable.

What is TIP^SM?

How was TIP^SM Developed?

• The result of the research of Jan Thomas, founder of Profiling Consultants LLC and its spin-off company, CereCore^® Institute.
• Her research focused on understanding and practically applying thinking processes, including both linear and “associational” approaches
• The research, partially funded by a grant from Bank of America, through then-Vice President and General Manager Sally Narodick, led to a deeper understanding of thinking processes, which Jan then developed further in order to provide practical solutions for business professionals
• Early work using TIP^SM with people from all ages and walks of life established reliability of the tool and its customized strategies
• More recent and broad-reaching field work with businesses established and verified practical applications of the three Profile Reports with teams, leaders and career management
