Team Performance and Associational Thinking
Programs for Individuals & Companies
Team performance requires managers and teams to
push beyond obvious skill sets to respond to customer demand for products
or services. The CereCore®System
is a rapid and relevant process for teams to get the knowledge and skills
needed. Knowing and working with people's associational thinking
talents, the team becomes more productive, confident and accountable.
How much time does it take?
Each program is designed to meet the specific needs
of the client. Programs can require anywhere from three weeks to six months,
depending upon your scheduling flexibility, the number of teams, the size
of each team and the desired goals.
How does it work?
Through a combination of individual, small group
and whole group sessions facilitated by a senior consultant, you will:
Get Clarity about different associational thinking
processes, yours and others:
- Our initial session is a systemized approach to gathering information about your goals. A customized program is designed to fit your needs.
- The TIPSM is used to define each individual team member's unique thinking processes and deliver three groups of information about the team.
- How the team manages information.
- The team's foundation for communication, decision-making and how they relate to time.
- How the team interacts on projects.
Strengths, challenges and strategies are outlined.
Get Focus/Direction:
- In a one-day workshop, the group profile is introduced and discussed.
A consultant coaches small group problem-solving teams (up to 10 participants).
The group addresses current company challenges. The outlined strengths
and strategies are used to identify solutions.
- Following the process, self-facilitated cluster group sessions of
one to two hours foster deeper application of team strengths and strategies
for on-going improvement.
Take Action:
- A one-half to one-day workshop focuses on issues
revealed during the cluster groups. We build upon use of the information
and strategies, reinforcing long-term learning.
Who is this for?
This program is for companies and people who are
serious about building stronger teams and improving team performance.
