Essentials of Leadership

Learn and experience these skills and the appropriate situations to use them in. This one day workshop is for people who either want to hone their leadership skills or have just moved into a leadership position and need to learn leadership skills rapidly on the job.

For people who want to develop a strong personal strategic plan for life and leadership. Learn in small group sessions with other business owners and professionals.

For people who are serious about developing themselves as leaders and want to move ahead rapidly on an individual course with direct application to themselves and their work.

Work one-on-one with a senior consultant to achieve your success. Choose either 6 or 12 one and a half hour sessions every other week with significant projects and reading between sessions.
