How are certification programs structured and how much time does it take?
Requirements:
- An interview with a senior consultant is required prior to acceptance.
- The Foundation Module is required before you attend the Leader and Career Modules. Read more on the Foundation Module below and you'll see why!
Each module has four thoughtful, well-designed components:
- Your individual assessment prior to the training module
- A three day interactive workshop combining theory, practice and delivery
- Take aways that include: a 90 minute PowerPoint presentation to use in a
workshop or as a marketing tool
- Certificate of Completion upon successful execution of the module
We are personally committed to your achievement and offer our 20 years expertise in the field to ensure your success. Participants are assigned a senior consultant throughout the program. Each module includes a combination of theory, methodology and delivery techniques to ensure a smooth integration of the system into your professional coaching and consulting services. The Foundation, Leader and Career modules include mentoring through three client sessions per module to strengthen your familiarity with the system and your understanding of the tool. Certification includes a personal write up and evaluation. The module group is limited to 10 to 12 people for concentrated learning.

The Foundation Module: This module is key to understanding our successful analysis, strategies and methods for individuals and teams. In this module you learn to interpret TIPSM, the assessment tool, and the analysis of associational thinking. The information is grouped to show you the way the individual and teams manage information, communicate, make decisions, and much more. Discover how to use the results to produce results in real life situations. Once you've completed this module, you'll be ready to put your knowledge to work. You've paved the way for the strategies and methodologies of the Leader and Career modules.
The Foundation - ADD Focus Module: This module is designed for professionals who work with ADD clients. You learn the core of the Foundation Module with a focus on your client base. Discover how our rapid integration methodology keeps your client’s attention and enables them to “get it” right away. You’ll have the tools to increase your client’s confidence in their strengths, the strategies that are right for how they’re “wired”, and the methodologies that support them.
The Leader Module: Learn to guide clients to use and develop their personal leadership styles most effectively. These specific tools and strategies provide new levels of thinking and empowerment enhancing the client's personal and professional performance.
The Career Module: Learn to integrate in-depth career, personal, and learning approaches into a practical, customized step-by-step process for your client's self-evaluation and change. This has proven to be highly effective for the frequent transitions clients find necessary in this time of multiple careers.
The Master Program
The Master Program is a thorough, rigorous certification program for qualified consultants and coaches who want additional tools and a proven methodology. The CereCore®System is designed to be flexible enough to incorporate into the services and tools you already use, yet enhance them.
A modular program, the Master Program can be taken over an eighteen-month period. Included in the Program are: three comprehensive certifications - Foundation, Leader and Career - and nine hours of mentoring with a senior consultant. The take aways include business and consultant packages plus PowerPoint workshops. The CereCore®System of the TIPSM assessment, strategies and mini workshops provides you with materials and support to bring high quality services to your clients.
Who is Certification for?
Coaches, consultants, HR professionals and OD professionals with a graduate degree or equivalent, plus two years in your own practice or five years in your field of expertise within an organization.

BJ, a partner in CereCore® Institute, is an innovative educator who directs our certification programs and workshops. Her approach to training and development is grounded in over 20 years of experience in organizational effectiveness, human resources management, corporate training and development, and business ownership.
