CereCore®Institute uses a system-based approach that optimizes clients' associational thinking processes for their personal and professional performance.

How does the CereCore®System work?

The CereCore®System clarifies associational thinking processes that form the foundation for our individual actions and responses. It provides an action plan with customized strategies for effective personal and professional performance.

The System has three broadly defined stages:

Step 1: Clarification – Preparation for action plan

  • Your needs and goals are identified
  • The TIPSM reveals how you understand the world; your learning, communication, and decision-making approach; and how you manage information

Step 2: Focus – Unique thinking talents applied to real life situations

  • Individual focus areas are identified and prioritized
  • Visual models help you grasp and integrate information quickly
  • Personal strategies are incorporated into your action plan

Step 3: Action – Plan is implemented

  • Action plan is finalized and implemented
  • Results are evaluated

A consultant supports an individual or a whole team from clarification through implementation of the action plan. On-going consulting, available for both individuals and groups, encourages continued breakthrough thinking and reinforces new ways of seeing and making decisions.
